On May the 18th the Kick Off Meeting took place virtually; During this first official gathering of the project team were highlighted the project goals, each partner’s roles and responsibilities as well as the next steps.

Between 14th and 16th of September 2022 was held the training course in San Giorgio Albanese, Italy; Three days of learning was held about entrepreneurship in rural areas and how to inspire young people from these areas to engage in entrepreneurship. The training course was built on the guideline (Result 1) and the appendices 1-16 containing the tools and further information.

The first Transnational meeting of the e-venture project took place in Thessaloniki on Monday 05 and Tuesday 06 December 2022. The meeting took place in the premises of ARSIS with the participation of all implementing partners. During the two days, a lot of preparation was done, the partners evaluated the progress of the project, discussed the creation of the guide of youth works and a planification of the future actions was set. Among other activities that took place, PREDICT presented the first steps of the gamification experience of the project and attendees had the chance to bring ideas on the digitalization of promoting entrepreneurship and how this will be transferred to an online game.

The second Transnational meeting of the Erasmus+ project e-VENTURE, Promoting Entrepreneurship for Young People with Fewer Opportunities in Europe took place in Arad and Timișoara in Romania on Wednesday 19 April and Thursday 20 April 2023. This meeting was an opportunity for partners to discuss the progress of the project, share updates and feedback, and plan next steps together. As the mid-point of the project has passed, it is important to take stock of the achievements so far and ensure that partners are on track to meet project goals. During the meeting, partners reviewed the project timeline and deadlines, discussed pending tasks or issues, and made decisions on how to proceed. In addition, a lot of preparation was done for the creation of the digital gamification experience of the project. Partners brainstormed ideas for content creation and discussed the challenges of translating and localizing the game.

On June 26, 2023, the pilot phase workshop was held in Calabria, Italy. The primary goal of the session was to put the E-VENTURE guide to the test for young entrepreneurs in Europe who have fewer possibilities. Mr. Luciano Pacienza, a successful 30 years old entrepreneur from Calabria, spoke to the participants about his experiences starting his own business. To facilitate collaborative learning, the 32 participants were divided into five groups, each focusing on a specific topic related to entrepreneurship.

The pilot phase of the Pilot Phase took place on the 8th of July 2023 in Cerdanyola, Catalonia - Spain. The main objective of this session was to test the effectiveness of the E-VENTURE guide specifically designed for young entrepreneurs in Europe who have limited opportunities as a Result 1 of this Key Action 2. This pilot phase involved a group of 11 young participants (with ages between 17 and 23years old) who actively engaged in various activities, discussions, and exercises, based on the contents of the E-VENTURE guide, plus 2 educators and a few social workers.

The pilot phase took place on July 10 in Thessaloniki, Greece. The main objective of this session was to test the effectiveness of the E-VENTURE guide specifically designed for young entrepreneurs in Europe who have limited opportunities. By testing the E-VENTURE guide, the organisers sought to gather feedback and evaluate its relevance and effectiveness in supporting the entrepreneurial journeys of young individuals facing challenges due to fewer opportunities.

The pilot phase of the Pilot Phase workshop took place in two sessions, the first in Arad, Romania, on October 18, 2023, and the second in Timișoara, Romania. The workshop aimed to provide the participants with meaningful resources regarding entrepreneurship and practical exercises based on the content of “Result 1 for E-VENTURE Promoting Youth Entrepreneurship with Fewer Opportunities in Europe”. The content of the E-Venture guide was presented in both sessions using a presentation and practical activities in order to understand the impact and potential of the guide among educators, teachers, university professors, trainers, and students.

The gamification experience of the Erasmus+ project e-VENTURE, Promoting Entrepreneurship for Young People with Fewer Opportunities in Europe was held successfully in Arad on 02-06 April 2024. During this International Training Event the participants conducted the pilot test of the digital game to assess its strengths and areas for improvement; The ‘players’ in particular through the game had to create a bakery as a social entrepreneurship business and achieve its sustainability for 36 months to reach the goal and win; In the occasion of this training experience project partners were equipped with practical knowledge and useful insights in their way to develop a business; At the same time they received guidelines on how to lead the local piloting phase with young people with fewer opportunities beneficiaries of the project that will be conducted in each country.

Just some weeks before the official closure of the project, was held with great success and participation the International Multiplier Event and BootCamp experience in Spain organized by the project leader-Eveho Fundació; Young people from Spain, Italy, Greece, and Romania got involved in gaining insights into successful social entrepreneurship models and exchanging best practices with peers from the participating countries.

In the framework of the project "e-VENTURE - Promoting entrepreneurship for young people with fewer opportunities in Europe." implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme and specifically under the action 'Cooperation Partnerships in the youth sector', took place the project's final transnational meeting took place on Tuesday 18/06 and Wednesday 19/06 in ThessaloniKi. The meeting was hosted by ARSIS-Youth Social Support Organisation which participates as a partner in the project and was attended by representatives from the other partner organizations: Eveho Fundacio - Spain (leader), Liberamente - Italy & Predict -Romania. During the two-day meeting, particular emphasis was given on the finalization of the project activities. The partners discussed about the utilization and sustainability of the project results as well as the administrative and management issues related to its completion. The meeting concluded with the partners' agreement on the implementation schedule and division of tasks.

During the project’s duration they took place virtually 15 project meetings among the project team; During these meetings various issues were discussed; the preparation of the deliverable Result 1 &2, the development of the webpage, the arrangements for the Gamification experience, the overall process of the project, organizational issues etc
